How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay per team member who creates or edits work. Viewers and clients you invite as guests are free on Standard and above, so stakeholders can follow along without adding cost.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or add seats at any time — we prorate the difference on your next invoice, and nothing in your boards is lost when you switch.
What happens after the trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial of Pro. When it ends you simply pick the plan that fits — your boards and history stay exactly as they are.
Do you offer discounts?
