Who counts as a user?
Anyone who creates or edits tasks. People who only view boards and comment — clients, management, partners — are free viewers on every plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. We prorate the difference on your next invoice. Nothing in your boards is lost when you switch.
How do we get started?
Book a 30-minute demo. We map your departments onto boards with you and recommend the plan that fits how your company already works.
What if only some people need time tracking?
Plans apply per workspace, not per person. If a few people need time reports, Pro for the whole team is usually still cheaper than a separate time-tracking tool.
How do we pay?
Card, or invoice for annual plans. My Friday is made by Smart Web doo, Belgrade — companies in Serbia receive a local invoice.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves 18%. Non-profits and schools get an additional discount — write to us.
